Tarson Pools & Spas Reward Dollar Terms

Welcome to the Fun Pass Rewards Program! This program is designed to thank our loyal customers by offering rewards on eligible in-store purchases. Please read the terms below to understand how the program works and your responsibilities as a participant.


1. Program Enrollment and Eligibility

  • The program is free to join and available to individuals aged 18 or older residing in the U.S.
  • One Fun Pass Rewards account per customer. Accounts are non-transferable and for personal, non-commercial use only.
  • Businesses, groups, or organizations are not eligible to enroll.
  • Enrolling or participating in the program constitutes acceptance of these terms.

2. Earning Rewards

  • Customers earn 0.02 Fun Pass Dollars per $1 spent on eligible retail items.
  • Occasionally, promotions may offer 2x, 3x, or 5x rewards multipliers on select items.
  • Points are only awarded at time of purchase and cannot be applied retroactively.
  • Excluded items: services, labor, deposit returns, sales tax, and other ineligible items as designated by Tarson Pools & Spas.

3. Redeeming Rewards

  • Rewards can be redeemed during checkout toward eligible merchandise.
  • Rewards have no cash value, cannot be exchanged for cash, and are non-transferable.
  • If a product purchased with rewards is returned, the reward amount is forfeited and will not be refunded.
  • Rewards must be used by the account holder or authorized user.

4. Expiration and Account Activity

  • Points will expire if no qualifying purchase is made within 12 months.
  • Inactive accounts (no purchase for 12 consecutive months) may have their points forfeited.
  • In the event of program termination, a 60-day grace period may be provided to use remaining rewards.

5. Monitoring and Adjustments

  • Rewards and item eligibility are monitored. If an item generates an unusually high return, Tarson Pools & Spas may adjust or revoke rewards to maintain fair margins.
  • Errors in point calculation or misuse may be corrected at any time.

6. Fraud and Abuse

  • Tarson Pools & Spas reserves the right to suspend or terminate any account for suspected fraud, abuse, or violation of program terms.
  • Creating multiple accounts or using false information is grounds for termination and forfeiture of rewards.

7. Program Changes and Termination

  • Tarson Pools & Spas may modify, suspend, or terminate the program at any time, with or without notice.
  • Any changes will apply prospectively. Accrued rewards may be affected by program modifications.

8. Limitation of Liability

  • The program is provided “as-is” without warranties. Tarson Pools & Spas is not responsible for technical issues, point calculation errors, or indirect damages.
  • Maximum liability under this program shall not exceed the highest single reward amount issued.

9. Governing Law

  • This program is governed by the laws of the State of New York.
  • It is void where prohibited by law.
