Tarson Pools and Spas, the leading and longest-standing seller of pools and spas in Central New York, is seeking seasonal, full-time organized individuals to join our team as swimming pool/spa installers and workers. We are looking for motivated individuals to support our high-volume business in CNY.

Responsibilities:
- Join our team of experienced installers and service technicians as a crew leader.
- Interact with customers in the field and provide excellent customer service.
- Have a well-rounded understanding of general pool construction and be experienced in the installation of new pools, liners, and basic pool repair.
- Work independently or supervise others to ensure projects are completed efficiently and with high quality.
- Coordinate with office staff to define installation and repair schedules.
- Maintain a clean driving record and possess a valid NY driver’s license.
- Daily travel to job sites required.
