Tarson Pools and Spas is seeking a seasonal, full time, organized and experienced swimming pool/spa repair and service coordinator to support our high volume repair business in CNY.

Job responsibilities
Provide support to all technical and repair services.
Prepare Quotes and Proposals for all technical repair and service work.
Provide customers with repair estimates and schedule all repair services.
Maintain accurate service and repair records in pool service software.
Coordinate timely and accurate parts and supplies for service and repair personnel.
Maintain excellent communication with customers regarding all repair progress and completion.
Maintain accurate pricing guidelines for service and repairs.
Schedule all Repair, new equipment installation and 3rd party services.
Prepare repair schedule for the repair technicians.
Schedule all repairs with customers.
Manage service provided by 3rd party suppliers.
Prepare annual recommended service schedules (Pool openings, closings, regular maintenance).
Performs basic A/R and A/P functions as needed within the department.
Provide recommendations and coordinate sales of technical service with all pool technicians.
Update all technical data in pool database with equipment at each customer location.
Establish departmental strategies for growth and performance improvement.
